PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sales
To market applicants to prospective employers through telesales activity, working to agreed targets.
To gain new business through telesales and face to face sales activity, working to agreed targets.
To develop existing business through the identification of further recruitment needs as a result of ongoing sales activity.
To follow up on leads and referrals gained on a daily basis through sales activity.
Recruiting
To attract applicants through advertising, promotional activities and by utilising all available in branch and corporate resources.
To screen and register applicants seeking a permanent position, to agreed targets.
To match applicants to suitable client job specifications and arrange interviews accordingly.
To thoroughly prepare applicants for relevant client interviews.
To follow up all interviews arranged and debrief applicants appropriately.
To maintain contact in a timely fashion with all registered applicants to keep appraised of availability and to update on progress made on their behalf.
Service Delivery
To contact clients on an ongoing basis to agreed timescales, to confirm satisfaction of service delivery and develop further business opportunities.
To update Business Manager on a regular basis as to market trends and client and prospect recruitment needs.
To ensure that service excellence is achieved in all dealings with all customers both external and internal.
Administration
To adhere to all Westaff World Class Quality procedures.
To ensure that all internal procedures are adhered to.
To maintain all necessary reports.
To ensure that all written and verbal information flows both internally to Corporate office and externally to clients and applicants is timely, accurate and presents a professional image.
